About Us

Clubasic is an independent music publication. We report on the artists and stories shaping music now, from pop's biggest names to the DJs who built club culture.

Our story

Clubasic grew up in club culture, and our archive shows it. You'll find profiles of the DJs who defined the superclub era. Dig a little deeper and you'll hit interviews with legends like Sasha, Paul Oakenfold and Dave Seaman.

Then the dancefloor spilled into everything. Pop stars are making club records again, from Charli XCX and FKA twigs to Lady Gaga and Madonna. So we followed the music.

Today we cover pop, hip-hop, rock and club music. Our instinct hasn't changed: find what moves people, then tell you why it matters.

Whether you've been reading for years or found us through today's headline: welcome to the army.

Artists, labels and PR. Got news, a release or an artist we should hear? Contacgt us with a short pitch, key dates, a private streaming link and a link to press photos. No attachments, please. We can't reply to every pitch, but if it's a fit, we'll be in touch.
