PoloMasters
Television company seeks ideas & suggestions for new polo series.
Inertia Productions, a leading UK-based television production company, are seeking ideas and suggestions from within the polo community for their forthcoming polo television series, ‘PoloMasters 2001’.
Having produced the widely acclaimed and influential ‘PoloMasters 2000’ series – the first polo series to be broadcast on UK television – Inertia are now keen to let viewers and fans of the sport have their say.
‘We really want to find out what people would like to see in the series’ said Jon Howarth, Inertia’s press officer ‘We will listen to anything, whether it is a suggestion relating to the television coverage of a match or an idea for a possible feature – please give us your feedback!’ And don’t be afraid to criticise. ‘The success of Polo on television really is just down to listening to the fans and supporters of the sport. We just want to bring Polo and Television together successfully and ensure that the relationship moves along in the right direction’ he adds.
And as an incentive to attract people’s views, Inertia are giving away free a five-video set of their PoloMasters 2000 series to the person who sends in what they consider to be the most interesting response. The PoloMasters series, which was released on video recently, features some of the worlds leading high-goal players and culminates with the dramatic England v Argentina game at Cartier International Day last summer.
Ideas, suggestions, comments (& criticisms!) should be emailed to: [email protected]
The winner will be announced on March 5th
